Considering the Motion to Dissolve Interim Suspension filed by respondent, and the response thereto filed by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel,

IT IS ORDERED THAT pursuant to Supreme Court Rule XIX, § 19(D), this court’s order of May 2, 2012 interimly suspending respondent be and hereby is dissolved.
