ORDER

| iConsidering the Motion to Dissolve Interim Suspension filed by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel,

IT IS ORDERED THAT pursuant to Supreme Court Rule XIX, § 19(D), this court’s order of July 19, 2011 interimly suspending respondent be and hereby is dissolved.

This order shall be effective immediately.

GUIDRY, J., would deny the Motion to Dissolve Interim Suspension.
