*454Ms. Marquita Hill appeals a Boone County judgment denying an amended motion for post-conviction relief pursuant to Rule 24.035. For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed in accordance with Rule 84.16(b).
