Opinion

Per Curiam,

Pederson v. Delaware, Lackawanna & Western R. R. Co., 229 U. S. 146, is conclusive that this case was for the jury. Nothing is to be found in the assignments of error calling for a retrial of it.

Judgment affirmed.
