On Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court

In accordance with the Supreme Court's holding in Exparte Butler, 972 So.2d 821 (Ala. 2007), the judgment of the circuit court is reversed and this cause is remanded to the Circuit Court of Autauga County for further proceedings consistent with the Supreme Court's opinion.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
