Stein, J.

A 2001 order, which incorporated a child support stipulation between respondent and Amanda J. Bickham, required respondent to pay child support for their son (born in 2000) in the amount of $50 per month. Petitioner, on behalf of Bickham, commenced this proceeding for violation of that order.
