Congress passed an act February 24, 1905, 33 Stat., pt. 1, 808, under which the legal representatives of the Eli Ayres mentioned in the act appeared and prosecuted the claim [113]*113therein mentioned. The act was embodied in an appropriation bill and appears in the margin.
