ON CONCESSION OF ERROR

PER CURIAM.

Based on Appellee’s concession of error, this matter is summarily reversed pursuant to Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.135(b) and remanded to the trial court to hold a new disposition hearing and for further proceedings.

REVERSED and REMANDED.
