Adams v. State

97 S.E. 201, 22 Ga. App. 786, 1918 Ga. App. LEXIS 751
Court of Appeals of Georgia·Decided November 1, 1918·No. 9946·Published·Cited by 1 cases

Opinion

Broyles, P. J.

The court properly overruled the demurrer to the indictment. There is'no merit in the special ground of the motion for a new trial; and the defendant’s conviction was amply authorized by the evidence.

Judgment affirmed.

Bloodworth and Harwell, JJ., concur.
