Text
The provisions in this act contained for levy, assessment and
collection of drainage taxes shall not limit the mill levy of
said town, city or village and the portion of said bonded debt
of said drainage district assumed for collection by said town,
city or village shall not be counted as a portion of the town's
indebtedness when computing whether or not the debt limit of
said town, city or village has been reached.
