§ 41-9-106 — Notice of hearing; proof of service
The certificate of the clerk of the court or other public
officer, or the affidavit of any other person who knows the
facts, affixed to a copy of said notice, shall be sufficient
evidence of the posting, serving, mailing or publication
thereof.
