Text
(a)While in office no commissioner shall be interested
directly or indirectly:
(i)In any contract for the construction of any
drain, ditch, levee or other work in a drainage district;
(ii)In the sale of materials used for any work in a
drainage district; or
(iii)In the wages of or supplies for men or teams
employed on any work in a drainage district.
