Text
(a)In case the petition or proceedings are dismissed as
provided in W.S. 41-9-132, a judgment shall be entered against
the petitioners and in favor of the commissioners for the costs,
expenses, and liabilities incurred in said proceedings, but for
the benefit of those who have rendered services or advanced
money in the prosecution of said proceedings, or have recovered
costs on successful contests therein.
(b)In case the proceedings are dismissed at any time, or
the district is discontinued for any cause subsequent to the
time provided in W.S. 41-9-132, a judgment shall be entered
against the owners of all the lands then within the boundaries
of said drainage district and in favor of the commissioners for
all costs, expenses and liabilities incurred in said proceedings
