§ 41-9-122 — District commissioners; filing of annual financial report
On the first Tuesday of July each year they shall file in the
office of the clerk of the court having jurisdiction in the
matter an itemized statement of all their receipts and
disbursements, and leave said report in such office for
examination by parties interested at all times.
