Text
(a)A power of attorney created on or after the effective
date of this act is durable unless it expressly provides that it
is terminated by the incapacity of the principal.
(b)A power of attorney existing on the effective date of
this act is durable only if on that day the power of attorney is
durable in accordance with the law existing on the day of
execution of the power of attorney.
