§ 13-9-202 — "Controlling interest" defined
Wyoming·Title 13 Banks, Banking and Finance·Ch. 9 BANK RELATED ORGANIZATIONS·Art. 2 BANK HOLDING COMPANIES
As used in W.S. 13-9-201 through 13-9-203 "controlling interest"
shall be construed consistently with the provisions of 12 U.S.C.
section 1841(a)(2).
