Text
In case land belonging to the state, or a county, school
district, or other public corporation is benefited by any
improvement or project constructed under the provisions of this
act, all of such benefits shall be assessed against such land
and the assessments shall be paid by the proper authorities at
the same time as the assessments are called and paid in the
cases of private persons.
