Text
A petition to establish a watershed improvement district shall
be filed with the board of supervisors of the conservation
district in which the proposed watershed improvement district is
situated asking that a watershed improvement district be
organized to function in the area described in the petition. The
petition shall comply with the requirements of W.S. 22-29-105.
A copy of the petition shall be furnished to the state
conservation commission.
