Text
Upon receiving the report of the appraisers the board of
directors shall fix a time and place within the watershed
improvement district for hearing any complaint that may be made
regarding the benefits appraised to any tract of land or the
assessment proposed to be levied against any tract of land. Due
notice of such hearing shall be given by the board of directors.
At the time and place fixed for such hearing the board of
directors shall consider the report of the appraisers and
consider and hear any objections filed or voiced thereto. The
board of directors shall, by order or resolution, reject the
report of the appraisers or accept the report and ratify it with
or without modification or amendments.
