Text
(a)An abduction prevention order remains in effect until
the earliest of:
(i)The time stated in the order;
(ii)The emancipation of the child;
(iii)The child's attaining eighteen (18) years of
age;
(iv)The time the order is modified, revoked, vacated
or superseded by a court with jurisdiction under W.S. 20-5-301
through 20-5-303.
