(a)As used in this article:
(i)"Board" means the Wyoming children's trust fund
board created in W.S. 14-8-104;
(ii)"Child abuse" means any act which reasonably may
be construed to fall under the definition of "abuse" or
"neglect" under W.S. 14-3-202(a)(ii) or (vii);
(iii)"Prevention program" means a program of direct
child abuse prevention services to a child, parent or guardian
and includes research or education programs related to the
prevention of child abuse. The prevention program may be
classified as a primary prevention program when it is available
to the community on a voluntary basis and as a secondary
prevention program when it is directed toward groups of
individuals who have been identified as high risk;
(iv)"Recipient" means and is limited to a nonprofit
or public organiz
