Text
If it is necessary to liquidate the assets within this state of
any foreign association under any provisions of the laws of this
state or by reason of receivership proceedings instituted in
another state, the state banking commissioner shall be appointed
receiver for that purpose, without compensation and with the
power to appoint assistants as provided in W.S. 13-4-305.
