§ 9-7-117 — Assistance by state agencies
Wyoming·Title 09 Administration of the Government·Ch. 7 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, AND SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY·Art. 1 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
(a)Upon request of the authority, any state agency may
temporarily assign to the authority officers and employees as it
deems necessary to assist the authority in carrying out its
functions and duties under this act. Officers and employees so
assigned shall not lose their status or rights as public
employees.
(b)Upon request of the authority, any state agency may
lend technical assistance, render advice and attend meetings
with the directors and employees of the authority as the
authority requires in carrying out its functions and duties.
