Text
(a)On the day fixed for hearing on such petitions all
persons owning or entitled to the possession of lands, or any
interest or easement in land, within said proposed district, or
who would be affected thereby, may appear and contest or object
to:
(i)The sufficiency of the petition;
(ii)The sufficiency of the signers of the petition;
(iii)The sufficiency of the notice;
(iv)The constitutionality of the law;
(v)The inclusion or exclusion of any lands in the
district, or any other material issue raised by the petition;
(vi)The jurisdiction of the court, specifying their
objections to such jurisdiction.
(b)The petitioners and contestants may, on the trial,
offer any competent evidence in regard thereto. All notices of
contest or objection shall be in writing and shall clearly
