§ 35-7-204 — Seal; report
The state chemist shall keep a seal with which to attest
official acts and documents. He shall, as required by W.S.
9-2-1014, report to the governor, on or before the first day of
October of each year, including itemized statements of all
persons employed by him together with such statistics and other
matter as he may regard of value to the administration or public
at large.
