§ 35-7-126 — License revocation
(a)The regulatory authority may initiate revocation
proceedings for an establishment license:
(i)Repealed By Laws 2003, Ch. 38, § 2.
(ii)Repealed By Laws 2003, Ch. 38, § 2.
(iii)Repealed By Laws 2003, Ch. 38, § 2.
(iv)For failure to correct conditions for which a
summary suspension was issued;
(v)For failure to correct critical violations from
routine inspections;
(vi)For multiple critical violations on multiple
occasions;
(vii)For a refusal to grant access pursuant to W.S.
