§ 2-7-607 — When conveyance required; title to pass
Wyoming·Title 02 Wills, Decedents' Estates and Probate Code·Ch. 7 ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES·Art. 6 SALE AND OTHER DISPOSITION OF PROPERTY
Every conveyance made in pursuance of an order or decree as
provided in W.S. 2-7-601 or 2-7-604 shall pass title to the
estate contracted for as fully as if the contracting party
himself was still living and executed the conveyance.
