§ 2-7-604 — When conveyance required; order for conveyance; journal entry
Wyoming·Title 02 Wills, Decedents' Estates and Probate Code·Ch. 7 ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES·Art. 6 SALE AND OTHER DISPOSITION OF PROPERTY
If after hearing and examination of the claim the court is
satisfied the petitioner is entitled to a conveyance of the real
estate described in the petition, an order directing the
personal representative to execute a conveyance thereof to the
petitioner shall be made and entered on the journal of the
court.
