§ 2-7-602 — When conveyance required; time and place for hearing; notice
Wyoming·Title 02 Wills, Decedents' Estates and Probate Code·Ch. 7 ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES·Art. 6 SALE AND OTHER DISPOSITION OF PROPERTY
On presentation of a verified petition by any person claiming to
be entitled to the conveyance from a personal representative
setting forth the facts upon which the claim is predicated, the
court shall appoint a time and place for hearing the petition
and notice thereof shall be personally served on the personal
representative.
