Text
The costs of all proceedings provided for in W.S. 2-7-501
through 2-7-508 shall be paid by the estate as expenses of
administration. Persons succeeding by purchase or otherwise to
the interests, rights and title of successors to homesteads or
to the right to have homesteads set apart to them, shall take
the homestead exempt from claims against the estate of the
decedent.
