Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 2-7-503 (2026).
Text
Allowances made shall be paid in preference to all other charges
except funeral expenses and cost of administration. Any such
allowance, whenever made, may in the discretion of the court
take effect from the death of the decedent. This section shall
not be construed so as to invalidate any mortgage or lien of
record against decedent's property.
