§ 2-7-502 — Extra allowance for maintenance of family
Wyoming·Title 02 Wills, Decedents' Estates and Probate Code·Ch. 7 ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES·Art. 5 PROPERTY ALLOWANCE FOR SURVIVING
If the amount set apart is insufficient for the support of the
widow and children, or either, the court shall make such
reasonable allowance out of the estate as is necessary for the
maintenance of the family according to their circumstances
during the settlement of the estate.
