Text
In order to prevent unnecessary expense and duplication of
functions, and to promote uniform and effective administration
of relocation assistance programs for displaced persons, with
the approval of the governor the agency may enter into contracts
with any person for services in connection with those programs,
or may carry out its functions under this act through any
federal agency or any department or instrumentality of the state
or its political subdivisions having an established organization
for conducting relocation assistance programs.
