§ 41-6-104 — Appeals
Wyoming·Title 41 Water·Ch. 6 IRRIGATION AND DRAINAGE DISTRICTS GENERALLY·Art. 1 JOINT OPERATION AND COOPERATION
Any district aggrieved by any order of apportionment of
operation and maintenance costs, or any part thereof, may obtain
judicial review as provided by the Wyoming Administrative
Procedure Act and the Wyoming Rules of Appellate Procedure.
