§ 13-6-201 — Insurance
Wyoming·Title 13 Banks, Banking and Finance·Ch. 6 SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATIONS·Art. 2 ORGANIZATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
The state banking commissioner shall require as a condition of
approval that associations be approved and their savings insured
by the federal deposit insurance corporation.
