Text

On or before October 1 of each year, the president and secretary-treasurer of each district board and each county treasurer shall make an annual report to their board of county commissioners showing all receipts and disbursement of district funds made by direction of the board during the preceding fiscal year. A report of the receipts, expenditures and financial transactions of the district shall be made as provided by W.S.
