Text
Each predator management district board may adopt rules and
regulations necessary for carrying out the purpose and
provisions of this article. Each board may appoint employees and
assistants as necessary and fix their compensation. Each board
may work through the department to coordinate predator control
including contracting for predator control services or may
directly enter into cooperative agreements with boards of county
commissioners, other predator management districts, the animal
damage management board, federal or state agencies or other
organizations or associations for the purpose of controlling
predatory animals and predacious birds. Each board is authorized
to pay bounties for predatory animals and predacious birds.
