§ 10-4-303 — A person who violates any provision of W.S. 10-4-101 through 10-4-303 is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00), by imprisonment for not more than six (6) months, or both
