Text
(a)This chapter is known and may be cited as the Wyoming
Insurance Corporate Governance Annual Disclosure Act.
(b)The requirements of this act shall apply to all
insurers and insurance groups domiciled in this state.
(c)Nothing in this act shall be construed to prescribe or
impose corporate governance standards and internal procedures
beyond that which is required under the corporate law of this
state.
(d)Nothing in this act shall be construed to limit the
commissioner's authority, or the rights or obligations of third
parties, pursuant to the Wyoming Insurance Code.
(e)No insurer or insurance group shall be required to
file the disclosure required by this act until 2020.
