§ 26-52-106 — Alternate reimbursement methodologies
All contracts between a pharmacy benefits manager and a pharmacy
services administrative organization, or its contracted
pharmacies, and all contracts directly between a pharmacy
benefits manager and a pharmacy shall include a process to
investigate and resolve disputes.
