Text
(a)The district attorney, or the deputy or assistant
district attorney may appear before the grand jury for the
purpose of:
(i)Giving information relative to any matter under
inquiry;
(ii)Giving requested advice upon any legal matter;
and
(iii)Interrogating witnesses.
(b)No person other than the grand jurors shall be present
during the deliberations of the grand jury or when the jurors
are voting.
