Text
(a)Whenever a motor vehicle including those referred to
in W.S. 31-5-901(c) if equipped with multiple-beam lamps is
being operated on a highway during the times specified in W.S.
31-5-910, the driver shall use a distribution of light, or
composite beam, directed high enough and of sufficient intensity
to reveal persons and vehicles at a safe distance in advance of
the vehicle, subject to the following requirements and
limitations:
(i)Whenever a driver of a vehicle approaches an
oncoming vehicle, the driver shall, before coming within five
hundred (500) feet of the oncoming vehicle use a distribution of
light, or composite beam, so aimed that the glaring rays are not
projected into the eyes of the oncoming driver. The lowermost
