Text
(a)Any vehicle including those referred to in W.S.
31-5-901(c) may be equipped with lamps for the purpose of
warning the operators of other vehicles of the presence of a
vehicular traffic hazard requiring the exercise of unusual care
in approaching, overtaking or passing.
(b)After January 1, 1986, every bus, truck, truck
tractor, trailer, semitrailer or pole trailer eighty (80) inches
or more in over-all width or thirty (30) feet or more in
over-all length shall be equipped with lamps complying with the
regulations of the superintendent.
(c)Lamps allowed by this section shall comply with the
regulations of the superintendent.
