§ 31-5-1501 — Definitions
Wyoming·Title 31 Motor Vehicles·Ch. 5 REGULATION OF TRAFFIC ON HIGHWAYS·Art. 15 MOTORCYCLE SAFETY EDUCATION PROGRAM
(a)As used in this act:
(i)"Department" means the Wyoming department of
transportation;
(ii)"Director" means the director of the department
of transportation;
(iii)"Program" means the Wyoming motorcycle safety
education program established under W.S. 31-5-1502;
(iv)"This act" means W.S. 31-5-1501 through
