§ 31-5-1209 — Effect of conviction upon credibility of witness
Wyoming·Title 31 Motor Vehicles·Ch. 5 REGULATION OF TRAFFIC ON HIGHWAYS·Art. 12 OFFENSES, PENALTIES AND ENFORCEMENT
The conviction of a person upon a charge of violating any
provision of this act or other traffic regulation less than a
felony shall not affect or impair the credibility of the person
as a witness in any civil or criminal proceeding.
