Text
(a)Except in the process of highway construction or
repair, any person who drops, or permits to be dropped or
thrown, upon a highway any material shall immediately remove the
material or cause it to be removed.
(b)Any person removing a wrecked or damaged vehicle from
a highway shall remove any glass or other substance dropped upon
the highway from the vehicle.
