Text
(a)Any municipality may by ordinance require that the
driver of a vehicle involved in a crash, or the owner of the
vehicle, shall file with a designated city department a report
of the crash or a copy of any report herein required to be filed
with the highway department. All reports shall be subject to
W.S. 31-5-1110. Any crash report required of persons involved
in crashes shall be without prejudice to the individual so
reporting.
