§ 23-5-105 — License fee; expiration; renewal of license
Applicants for the license shall pay the proper fee. The
license, if issued on or after January 1, 2019, expires as
provided in commission rules, but may be renewed each year in
the discretion of the department upon the payment of the proper
fee.
