Text
Commission members shall receive as compensation the salary, per
diem and mileage allowance as allowed to state legislators for
each day or portion thereof in which they are engaged in the
performance of their duties, payments of the same to be made out
of the Wyoming combat sports commission's appropriation.
Provided, that if any state officer is appointed to act as a
commission member, compensation for the services shall not be
reimbursed except for any necessary expenses incurred or paid
subject to the submission of appropriate receipts.
