§ 33-47-109 — Disclosure of information
A licensed dietitian or any person employed in a licensed
dietitian's professional practice shall not disclose without the
consent of the client any communication made by a client to the
dietitian or the dietitian's employees in the course of
professional practice, except as required by law.
